Fixtures, fittings, finishes and equipment can make or break your budget and timeline. Finding the right balance between fitout aesthetic, interior quality and the bottom line is a fine art that you will nail with my help.

Building your home renovation budget
When your drawings and FFF&E are on track, you can start to map out your budget, room by room, line by line. This is easier than you think! You’ve already done most of the work, you just need to plug and play.
When you’re confident you can afford what you’ve planned for, I’ll show you how to prepare a comprehensive scope document for your builder and issue it for preliminary pricing. I’ll even show you what to look for in quotes before you sign your life (and your home) away.
